Copyright & DMCA
Our position
Toolfyra respects intellectual-property rights and expects others to do the same. The site runs self-contained browser tools and does not host, store or redistribute third-party media files. If you believe material accessible on toolfyra.com infringes your copyright, we will investigate and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to it.
How to file a takedown notice
Send a written notice to contact@toolfyra.com with the subject line โDMCAโ. Your notice must include all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered).
- The exact URL on toolfyra.com of the page containing the material you want removed or disabled.
- Your contact details: full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A good-faith statement that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the ownerโs behalf โ followed by your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice procedure
If material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the subject line โDMCA counter-noticeโ. Include: the URL of the removed material, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent court for your address (or, if you are outside it, to a court in a jurisdiction we reasonably specify), and your signature.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant notifies us within 10 business days that it has filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity.
Repeat infringers
We keep records of the notices we receive. Under our repeat-infringer policy, we may deny further access to the service to any party that is the subject of repeated valid infringement notices, and we will remove or disable material identified in valid notices regardless of volume.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge every notice within 2 business days and to complete our review โ removal or a reasoned refusal โ within 5 business days of receiving a complete notice. Incomplete notices are returned with an explanation of what is missing, so please include every item listed above.

Filing a complete notice the first time
The Copyright & DMCA page sets out how takedown requests, counter-notices and repeat-infringer records are handled for material on toolfyra.com. A complete notice walks through five items: identify the copyrighted work, give the exact toolfyra.com URL where it appears, include your full contact details, state a good-faith belief that the use isn't authorized, and sign the penalty-of-perjury statement. A photographer who spots a scraped image would list her portfolio URL as the original work, the specific page here, and her signature โ nothing more is required, and incomplete notices get returned with what's missing spelled out. Acknowledgment comes within 2 business days; the full review, removal or a reasoned refusal, lands within 5.
On the other side of a removal, the counter-notice exists for mistakes. If your material was taken down in error, the same email address accepts a counter-notice with the URL, your contact details, a perjury statement that the removal was a misidentification, and consent to court jurisdiction. Restoration can follow unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days. Worth knowing before filing at all: the site runs self-contained browser tools and doesn't host or redistribute third-party media files.
