Terms of Use

Acceptance

By using Toolfyra you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Service description

Toolfyra provides free browser-based tools โ€œas isโ€, without warranty of any kind. While we test every tool, we do not guarantee that results are error-free or fit for any particular purpose.

Not professional advice

Calculators (finance, health, tax, payroll and similar) produce estimates for education only based on the formulas shown on each page. They are not financial, medical, tax or legal advice. Always confirm important figures with a qualified professional and official sources before acting on them.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape at abusive rates, or use the tools to create unlawful or harmful content. You retain all rights to files you process; we never receive copies of them.

Intellectual property

The Toolfyra name, site design and original text are the property of the site owner. You may quote short excerpts with a link; bulk copying is not permitted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toolfyraโ€™s operators are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or its results.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always this page. Last updated: 2026-09-27.

Who may use the site

Toolfyra is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you use the site on behalf of an employer or organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

Where local law grants minors additional protections, those protections apply in addition to โ€” not instead of โ€” the limits described on this page.

Advertising & third-party services

Toolfyra is funded in part through advertising. Advertising partners (including Google, via AdSense) may set measurement cookies as described in the Cookie Policy, under the regional consent model: outside the EEA/UK ad signals are granted by default (the bannerโ€™s Decline opts out); inside the EEA/UK they stay denied until you consent. Some tools also let you connect a server you own โ€” for example a self-hosted media server whose address you paste into a settings panel. Those servers are entirely yours: requests go from your browser to your server, and we never proxy, log or store that traffic.

Where a page embeds or links a third-party service for convenience, the third partyโ€™s own terms apply to your use of it.

Severability & your statutory rights

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. Nothing in these terms limits rights that mandatory consumer law in your country grants you, and nothing on this page should be read as legal advice.
