About this tool

URLs can only contain a limited character set; spaces, ampersands, Urdu and emoji must be percent-encoded (%20 = space). encodeURIComponent is for query values (it escapes & and =); encodeURI keeps URL structure intact. This tool does both directions instantly — essential for debugging query strings and tracking links.

Why is my link broken with spaces?

Unencoded spaces and symbols break URLs — encode the values before using them.
