Vocal Remover — Karaoke Tracks from Stereo Songs

How to use

1. Load a STEREO song (mono files won't separate).
2. Choose 'Instrumental' or 'Vocals only'.
3. Process and download the WAV.

About this tool

Most lead vocals sit dead-center in a stereo mix. By subtracting the right channel from the left, centered audio (the vocal) cancels out — leaving a usable instrumental. The inverse trick isolates the center instead. This is the same technique behind many 'karaoke maker' apps, done here transparently in your browser with no upload. Honest note: center-panned instruments (bass, kick) also reduce, and mono files can't be split — that's physics, not a product limit. Your file never leaves this page — everything runs in your browser, there is no upload endpoint on this site, and the file is dropped from memory when you close the tab.
